A graduate of UT Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Arturo has spent over a decade designing and supporting bulk material handling systems. His experience includes working with companies such as Martin Marietta and various oil and gas operators in Texas and New Mexico. He has designed frack sand flat storage facilities and a wide range of conveying and material handling systems used in demanding industrial environments.

It became clear that many operations were held back by equipment that wasn’t properly matched to the material or the process. Determined to do better, Arturo founded Stingray Conveying Innovations as a lean, engineer-led company. He designs, oversees, and supports custom conveying equipment with a focus on practical performance—building solutions that improve reliability, reduce maintenance issues, and fit real plant conditions.
